The deadlines for registration are April 10, 2006 for participants who wish to give talk/poster presentations, and June 1, 2006 for all others.

Registration is closed.

You will be asked to fill out some information (your name, your E-mail, ...). Notice that some fields are indicated by, and you must complete them carefully. Click on the "OK" button. If all-fields have been filled, a confirmation page will appear. Check the information once more, correct it if necessary. When finished, click on the "Save" button to preregister.

You will receive a preregistration E-mail containing a personal login/password and a link to your personal conference web page (URL). This page allows you to update some optional administrative data, to submit an abstract, to reserve a hotel, to pay the registration fees, etc...

The preregistration E-mail contains important information (personal login/password and URL). Save it. Print it. Don't lose it ! After preregistration, you can no longer change the information in the-fields. If later you really do need to change it, contact the webmaster.

The deadline for submission of abstracts is January 15, 2006. You need to get your preregistration E-mail in order to submit your abstract (see How to preregister). Prepare your abstract following the required plain TeX format (see How to prepare an abstract for submission).

Payment on-line by credit card is strongly recommended (*). For exceptional cases, payment by bank cheque is accepted with a 15 Euros extra charge.

How to reserve a hotel

Hotel reservation is exclusively managed by the Avignon center of congress. You need to preregister in order to reserve a hotel (see How to preregister). The Avignon center of congress cannot ensure a reservation of the rooms if the reservation is carried out after March 28.
